What is Amored?

Amored is a relationship and intimacy improvement app for adults. It helps you understand yourself as a partner, build connection with the people you love, and develop daily practices that strengthen your relationship — through tools, guided scenarios, journaling, and relationship dynamics.

Is Amored a dating app?

No. Amored is not a dating app and has no discovery or matching features. It is designed for people who are already in a relationship — or who want to understand and improve how they show up in relationships.

Is Amored for 18+ users only?

Yes. Amored is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. The app includes intimate and adult-themed content — including tools related to sexuality, desire, and physical intimacy. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

Is Amored a substitute for couples therapy?

No. Amored is a self-guided relationship improvement tool, not a clinical service. It is not a substitute for professional couples therapy, counselling, or mental health support. If you or your partner are in crisis, please seek qualified professional help.

What languages does Amored support?

Amored is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, and Ukrainian. More languages are coming soon.

How do I create an account?

Download the Amored app and tap "Get Started." You can sign up with your email address, Sign in with Apple (iOS), or Sign in with Google. You must be 18 or older to register.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your account email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear.

Can I use Amored on multiple devices?

Yes. Your account and data sync across all devices signed into the same account. Your progress, partner data, and journal entries are always up to date.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

Do I need a partner to use Amored?

No. You can use Amored solo to reflect on how you show up in relationships, journal, and explore tools at your own pace. Many features — including Dynamics and intimacy tools — are designed for couples, but your account works without linking a partner.

Can my partner see what I enter in the app?

No. Data you enter in the Partner tab, journal, and intimacy tools is visible only to you on your account. Amored does not expose your entries to another user unless you explicitly choose to share something outside the app.

Does Amored match me with other users?

No. There is no discovery feed, matching, or messaging between users. Amored is a private relationship improvement tool, not a social or dating network.

What are Dynamics?

Dynamics are relationship modes that tell the app how your relationship is structured — for example, Monogamy, Long Distance, Open Relationship, Friends with Benefits, Polyamory, and more. Selecting your Dynamic shapes which tools, scenarios, and content the app surfaces for you.

What is the Partner tab?

The Partner tab lets you add your partner's profile to the app. You can log shared data, track relationship patterns, and view analytics about how your connection evolves over time. Your partner's data is private — only you can see what you enter.

What are Fantasy Cards, Truth or Dare, and Intimacy Ritual?

These are intimacy tools designed for couples. Fantasy Cards let you and your partner explore desires privately and see where they overlap. Truth or Dare creates playful, intimate conversation. Intimacy Ritual guides you through shared physical and emotional connection exercises. All tools are opt-in and 18+ only.

Are notifications customizable?

Yes. You can configure reminder times and choose which prompts you receive from Settings > Notifications.

What is the Journal?

The Journal is a private space for relationship reflection — thoughts, feelings, and moments you want to remember. Entries are stored only on your account and are never shared with other users.

Is Amored free?

Amored has a free tier with core features. Premium tools — including the full intimacy toolkit, advanced analytics, and unlimited Partner tab features — require an Amored Plus or Pro subscription.

What are the subscription options?

We offer weekly, monthly, and annual billing. Annual subscribers receive the best rate. Pricing is shown in the app at checkout and may vary by region.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Cancel via your device's subscription settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on your purchase platform. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected].

Who can see my relationship and intimacy data?

Only you. All personal data — including journal entries, partner data, and intimacy preferences — is private and not visible to other users or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Export all your data as a JSON or CSV file from Settings > Privacy > Export My Data. Your data belongs to you.

Does Amored sell my data?

Never. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Our business model is subscriptions, not data monetization. Intimate data is treated with the highest level of sensitivity.

The app is crashing. What should I do?

Close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, check for updates in the App Store or Google Play. Still having trouble? Contact us at [email protected] with your device model and OS version.

Does Amored work offline?

Yes. Core features including journaling and daily scenarios work offline. Data syncs automatically when you reconnect.

What are the minimum system requirements?

Amored requires iOS 16.0 or later, or Android 9.0 (API level 28) or later. An internet connection is required for account creation and sync, but core features work offline.
